To the Amazing Strat-O-Matic Community,

First and foremost, wherever you are, we hope you and your loved ones are safe.

As per Governor Cuomo’s order, all non-essential businesses must close in NY State starting on Sunday, March 22nd, at 8:00pm. As many of you know, Strat-O-Matic is located in New York state. Although we see Strat as essential and we know you do too, we must close our shipping facility at the end of the day tomorrow, Saturday March 21.

Our dedicated staff will be working through the weekend to ship as many orders as possible of our physical goods. Any orders that are not shipped will be shipped as soon as Strat-O-Matic is given the greenlight to re-open. If you want to place a physical order that we will try to ship this weekend, we recommend placing the order as early as possible tonight or Saturday morning March 21st.

As per new Fedex guidelines, all orders with Ground Shipping that have not left Strat-O-Matic’s warehouse as of yet will not be sent out until we re-open. As such, ground service is temporarily unavailable to Strat-O-Matic customers for new orders through the weekend.

All of our digital products will have no disruption of distribution as those are sent via download direct to your email address. During the closure, strat-o-matic.com will continue to operate 24/7 and will accept both digital and physical product orders. Strat-O-Matic 365 is also available for your enjoyment 24/7. Phone lines will continue to be open, Monday through Friday from 12:00pm to 4:00pm ET for order placement.

After this weekend, physical product orders will be shipped as soon as we are allowed by the government to re-open our shipping facility.
