A bug has been reported by one user in the new Version 6 Football release that can damage existing league data. As a precaution, we recommend
that you backup all existing leagues BEFORE installing your version 6 game.
Also note, the new Version 6 game will perform a data conversion of all
existing leagues, this process can be a lengthy one. Please do not cancel or reboot your computer, you must let the process finish.
Patch 11.04a is available for Version 11.0 CD-Rom Baseball
We suggest downloading the 11.04a patch even if you have not experienced any problems.
This patch incorporates the fixes of the Version 11.01, 11.02 and 11.03
update patches so those updates are not necessary.

Please Note: One of the issues addressed in this update relates to the "Internal Application Error" found when trying
to run the Database and Encyclopedia functions of the game.
This update will allow for the use of DAO 3.6 in addition to DAO 3.5. The original version only supported
version 3.5 of DAO. Some machines have started shipping that include only version 3.6. On
some of these machines the install for DAO 3.5 is not working. To combat this problem we have added a check-
box to the Encyclopedia program which will allow you to use DAO 3.6. To enable this, first load the baseball game, then the
encyclopedia program. Select the check box then exit the encyclopedia program. Reload
the encylopedia program and try to create an encyclopedia. Note that checking the DAO 3.6 box also works with enyclopedia
databases that are assigned to notebooks in the baseball game.
If after installing patch 11.04a you are still experiencing an encyclopedia problem you will need to get DAO/MDAC/DCOM95 installed if
needed (see the readme.txt file in the EncyDAO folder on the CD-ROM).

Please note that Patch will make corrections to both the
black and white and color versions of Petco Park in San Diego.
If you are running only the black and white ballparks after you install the patch you need to go to:

Double click your hard drive or local disk
Double click the CDROMBB game folder
Double click the Data folder where you can delete the file BP078D.loc
If you do not delete this file you will get requests to activate the color stadiums.

2001-02 Basketball Roster Disk Update
Patch 6.01 is available for Version 6.0 CD-Rom Baseball
We suggest downloading the 6.01 patch even if you have not experienced any problems. Version 6.01 fixes a few problems includes two rule changes that apply to both the board game and computer game:
Download this patch file to your CDROMBB folder where Version 6.0 is installed. If you have installed the game to a differently named folder, download this patch file to that folder. After downloading the patch follow the steps below:
Double click on the patch file icon in your cdrombb folder, it is a self-extracting .exe file and will inflate 2 new files. The actual patch (red,yellow,&blue icon) and a text file which explains how to install the patch.
After the patch has been installed, open your game and check the About screen under the Help menu. Your version number should now read Version 6.01
