If you do not find a product, season or individual team listed here that means that it is out of stock and no longer available.

• For security reasons, VeriSign processes orders in real time so even a "pre-order" will be charged up front at the time of purchase. If you do not wish to have your account charged immediately you can place your order via phone (1-800-645-3455 or 1-516-671-6566) or fax (516-671-6276). Phone orders will not be charged until just before they are shipped.
  
  
• Online orders are strictly for shipping only. If you plan on picking up an order at the Strat-O-Matic offices DO NOT place your order online. Due to problems and confusion in the past Strat-O-Matic will no longer be able to change online orders from shipping to pickup any longer.
  
  
• If you are ordering from an address outside the USA, there are varied shipping charges which the Online Shopping Cart cannot handle. The AirMail cost for foreign delivery will be calculated and a second charge may appear on your account automatically. If you do not want to be automatically charged we suggest that you phone your orders in so that you will know what the exact foreign shipping charges are.
  
  
• Orders containing multiple card sets and games (or split shipments) shipped either 2nd Day or Priority Mail must be charged properly. The listed shipping prices are for one card set or game per shipment, multiple sets and games (or split shipments) need to be charged additionally. Priority Mail has an add on charge of an additional $6.00 per, 2nd Day has an add on charge of an additional $10.00 per.
  
  
• A "Standard Split Shipping" choice has been added to the delivery options. We suggest choosing this option ONLY if you are ordering products which are going to release at different times, like a Baseball Ratings Book and new Baseball cards for example. An additional $5.00 Split charge will be added to the order to cover multiple shipments. If you do not choose the Split option, all your products will be shipped in one delivery when your last released product becomes available.
  
  
• Our latest computer game releases no longer use the floppy key disk system so all products currently shipping use the new registration code system and do not use floppy disks any more. If you are purchasing add-on products to use with an older release of our games, please specify in the Order Comments that you NEED DISKS so that you will be shipped floppy disk versions of the products you order. If you do not specify NEED DISKS then you will be shipped the product with the new registration code system.

• Virginia Customers Please Note: As of August 1st, 2005, due to state resident employee laws, Strat-O-Matic will need to begin charging tax on all orders to Virginia.
