LATINO & CARIBBEAN STARS UPDATE 2026
Latino & Caribbean Stars introduces 37 brand new players, including active stars such as Altuve, Bogaerts, Jansen, Lindor, Salvy Perez, and Jose Ramirez, calculated through their 2024 seasons. Among the retro additions are 1987 AL MVP George Bell and, in what is a first for the peak universe, a pair of genuine Colorado Rockies pitchers—Ubaldo Jimenez and Jorge De La Rosa. The set also loses four players (Alfonzo, Cordero, G. Hernandez, R. Hernandez) to Heroes 4 and has replaced San Diego-born “ringer” Adrian Gonzalez with Mexican Baseball HOFer Hector Espino, their Sadaharu Oh.

CUBAN STARS UPDATE 2026
The Cuban Stars Windows Roster was recently updated for the Baseball 2026 Game release.
The 2026 version adds one new player (Mike Cuellar) after a major update in 2025 added 54 new players to the set. What we’ve done is expand the size of the set to incorporate baseball talent from right across the history of Cuba as a baseball nation. That means heading back to the turn of the 20th century and ending up where we are today. What you get, in addition to what you had, are Cuban stars who played in the Negro League and Cuban stars who played and are playing in MLB. In other words, the very best of Cuba’s rich baseball history, 1900-2024.
