The Strat-O-Matic Office is currently closed due to Hurricane Sandy.

 
Unfortunately, most of Glen Head and Long Island do not have power right now. As soon as power is restored, SOM will resume our normal everyday operations. Right now it looks like we will not be able to reopen the offices until Monday, November 5th.

 
Due to the lack of power, we have been unable to fulfill or ship any orders this week. Please be patient, we will try to ship out any orders that are in queue as soon as our main office and warehouse get power back. Also, our employees are trying to work remotely (those that have power at least) so we are doing our best to monitor customer service and tech support emails as best as we can. Please be patient and we will get to your inquires as soon as we possibly can.

UPDATE (11/5): The Strat-O-Matic office is officially open again, as we got our power back! Thanks again to everyone for your patience and understanding. For those of you who placed orders last week, we promise to ship them all out as quickly as possible.
