Shipping Policy

In Stock orders are normally shipped the following business day from when they are placed. In the case of pre-order items, please note the availability date as you add that item into your shopping cart. When pre-order items are released there will usually be a heavy backorder period and these pre-orders will be shipped out on a first come, first serve basis upon release.

Please note that our busiest time of the year is during Baseball shipping (Early February to Early March) when we may have a tremendous amount of backorders. During the baseball shipping season, even in stock orders may take a few days longer to be shipped.

All orders placed by phone or by mail will be charged a $5 processing fee.

Shipping Methods

The following domestic shipping options may appear in your cart during checkout:

USPS

This option is available for orders weighing under 1/2 lb. These parcels are sent via USPS and cannot be tracked. On average delivery time should be 7-14 days.

FedEx Smart Post

This shipping method is a joint endeavor between FedEx and the USPS. FedEx will deliver this to your local post office then the USPS will sort it and deliver to your home. Due to no guarantees on when USPS will sort and deliver, this delivery method has no guaranteed delivery time. On average delivery time should be 7-14 days.

FedEx Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day and Overnight Services

FedEx shipping charges are based on the weight of the order and the location to which it is being shipped and are calculated from real-time FedEx shipping rates. Our Transit map below will indicate how many business days FedEx delivery should be. Please select your FedEx service accordingly. For example, do not select Overnight Shipping if you are already in a 1 day zone.

Split Shipment Checkbox

This option is available for orders that contain both In Stock and Pre-Order items, or multiple Pre-Order items with different release dates. If you select this option, your order will be sent in as many shipments as needed depending on the products within the order and you will be charged multiple shipping and processing charges based on the amount of shipments needed to complete your order. For example if your order will be sent in two shipments you will be charged double shipping and processing. If your order will be sent in three shipments you will be charged triple shipping and processing.

If you do not select the Split Shipment options, your order will be delivered in one shipment when all products contained within the order are available.

Canada Shipping

Customers in Canada will have the option to ship via FedEx International Priority or International Economy. Delivery service is based on the weight of the order and the location to which it is being shipped and are calculated from real-time FedEx shipping rates. FedEx to Canada can be a 2-7 day delivery although International Economy may take up to 10 days.

International Shipping (other than Canada)

Shipping internationally can be challenging. Many countries have different policies, customs procedures, mail services and other related issues. Thus, we have different experiences shipping to different countries. At this time we can only offer Postal delivery services outside of the Rates are based on the weight of the order and the location to which it is being shipped, and are calculated from real-time USPS international shipping rates. Please note that your customs department may hold packages for any length of time, from 24 hours to a three weeks. This is entirely beyond our control, nor can we predict how long this will take.

Sales Tax

The following states currently require sales tax to be collected – NY, VA, CT, NC, FL, GA, MN.

As tax thresholds are met, other states may require Strat-O-Matic to charge sales tax on all orders.

Damaged/Incomplete Packages

Should your shipment be damaged in transit please contact Strat-O-Matic Customer Service at customerservice@strat-o-matic.com or 1-516-671-6566 immediately so that we may open up a damage claim with FedEx or USPS.

If your shipment is incomplete and is missing items you should have received please contact Strat-O-Matic Customer Service so that we can remedy the shipping error and send out your missing items as soon as possible.

Please contact us within 30 days of receipt for damaged/incomplete packages.

Unclaimed/Missing Orders

In the event the customer requests a refund due to non-delivery for any reason after we have shipped out the package, we cannot provide the refund until we receive the package back from the shipping service. If you would like the package to be re-shipped, another shipping charge will need to be collected before the parcel can be sent out. Even though the package was unclaimed, shipping services do not refund the shipping charges.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
We accept checks and money orders in U.S. Dollars only. International customers who wish to pay this way cannot use a personal check, you must mail in a money order in US Funds only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a payment. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

All non-credit card paying customers MUST CALL Strat-O-Matic at 1-516-671-6566 to get a shipping and processing quote for their order. If you do not get a proper shipping quote for your order and mail an incorrect payment amount, your products will not be shipped until the full payment is received.

Out-of-Stock Products
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock or sold out. A refund or credit for the out of stock item will be applied for you in this case.
