The CTCBL, a play by computer manager/netplay Strat-O-Matic baseball league has an open team. We have been together since 1985 with many league managers with over 10 years in the league. Our winter meetings are in March with a league dinner, draft, and meetings throughout the weekend. If you are an experienced strat baseball player, wanting to join a stable league where everyone knows each other, then the CTCBL may be for you.
